However, the asking real estate prices went down 3.6 percent in Zagreb in January on the year, and 4.2 percent in the Croatian Adriatic region.
The average asking price for a flat in Zagreb was EUR 1,825 per square metre this month and the average asking price for a house in Zagreb came to EUR 1,163 per square metre.
The average price for a summer cottage or a condominium apartment in the coastal region was EUR 1,948 per square metre,
The agency expects a marginal rise in the volume in real estate trade in 2011.
