The participants presented various aspects of the public administration reform and decided that Croatia was on the path towards improving the quality of administrative services through the rationalisation of proceedings.
The event gathered representatives of institutions and organisation directly or indirectly involved in the public administration reform, such as the Croatian parliament, the government, the public administration, judiciary, the prosecutor's office, trade and industry.
The seminar was organised by the Cental Administration Bureau in cooperation with the European Union which has been supporting the public administration reform for the past two years with 1.7 million euros from the CARDS programme.
