Roccas spoke about the priorities of the Belgian OSCE presidency in 2006, notably the rule of law, the strengthening of the OSCE's economic dimension, the continuation of institutional reforms and the OSCE's role in Southeast Europe.
Speaking about Croatia, she said that the return of refugees was a process that should be completed within the framework of the so-called Sarajevo Declaration, and supported judicial reform and the adoption of a national anti-corruption strategy.
Picula supported the OSCE's priorities which Belgium intended to solve during its presidency of the organisation, conveyed Croatia's support to the OSCE's comprehensive approach to security, and stated that Croatia's positions were to a great extent harmonised with those of the OSCE Mission in Croatia.
