The 64-year-old Milosevic, who died in his cell of the ICTY detention centre on Saturday, was indicted with genocide in Bosnia-Herzegovina and crimes against humanity in Croatia and Kosovo in 1990s.
According to preliminary autopsy results, Milosevic, who was frequently dubbed as the Balkan butcher, died of a heart attack.
The UN war crimes tribunal commenced the trial against him in February 2002.
