(Hina) - The Constitutional Court on Wednesday
unanimously ruled that prerequisites for holding a referendum on the
Labour Act (ZOR) provisions on collective bargaining had ceased to
exist with the government having withdrawn its draft amendments to the
ZOR from the legislative procedure.
