Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks also extended condolences to Polish parliament leader Marek Jurek, the Parliament's Public Relations Office reported today.
The accident occurred last evening, when the roof of the hall collapsed during a pigeon exhibition due to the weight of snow. More than 120 exhibitors and about 500 visitors were in the hall.
According to the latest figures, the death toll is 66 while more than 140 people were injured. More than 90 are receiving hospital treatment. Among the victims were 13 foreigners, Polish officials confirmed.
