SARAJEVO, Jan 19 (Hina) - The office of the Ombudsman ofBosnia-Herzegovina has sent a request to the Dubrovnik CommercialCourt to annul the decision on the sale of the land and facilities ofthe former Nemanja Vlatkovic children's hospital in Cavtat, Sarajevodailies reported on Thursday.
SARAJEVO, Jan 19 (Hina) - The office of the Ombudsman of Bosnia-Herzegovina has sent a request to the Dubrovnik Commercial Court to annul the decision on the sale of the land and facilities of the former Nemanja Vlatkovic children's hospital in Cavtat, Sarajevo dailies reported on Thursday.

Alongside the request for the annulment, an appeal was sent to the Municipal Court in Dubrovnik against the decision on the transfer of ownership of the children's hospital to the former Croatian-based OOUR Nemanja Vlatkovic company.

The Dubrovnik Commercial Court had sold the former children hospital, the ownership of which is claimed by Bosnia-Herzegovina and the University Clinic in Sarajevo, to the Konel company from Cavtat for 10.7 million kuna.
