After the audio recording with Mesic's testimony appeared on Margetic's web site, Interior Ministry spokesman Zlatko Mehun told Hina the police were checking ways to prevent further dissemination of the testimony via the Internet.
Commenting on the case in the Croatian Television political talk show "Otvoreno" this evening, Interior Minister Ivica Kirin only said that a Zagreb County Court order bound the police to take all necessary measures to prevent any attempt to publish the testimony.
Margetic has been indicted by the Hague tribunal for publishing in the press parts of Mesic's testimony in the trial of Bosnian Croat general Tihomir Blaskic.
