Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said that successfully completing cooperation with the tribunal was one of the recently formed government's five priorities, which best shows that there is political will and determination to successfully complete cooperation in the shortest possible time, the government said in a statement.
Kostunica underlined that the recent arrest and extradition of Zdravko Tolimir was an important step in that direction, the statement added.
Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic said cooperation with the UN court was the most important prerequisite for the continuation of Serbia's integration with the EU, a statement said.
Del Ponte also met the coordinators of the action plan to wrap up cooperation with the Hague tribunal, the chairman of the government's national council for cooperation with the tribunal, Rasim Ljajic, and Serbia's war crimes prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, whom she handed an arrest warrant with the photos of the fugitives Serbia is obliged to turn over, said Television B92.
