Speaking to reporters after a closed-door meeting, Schwarz-Schilling said he was unhappy with the slowness of unification of Mostar, blaming local political leaders for it.
There is no alternative to the unification of Mostar. The city's unification is one of the top priorities of my office and the Peace Implementation Council, the High Representative said.
Coric admitted that there was a political crisis in the city, but rejected remarks that local politicians were the only ones to blame for such a situation.
Responsibility for the situation in Mostar also lies with the international community because of its inactivity, Coric said.
