Youth members of liberals from Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Serbian Liberal-Democratic Party and the Croatian People's Party who took part in a seminar of the democratic community of European youth express their repudiation of "policies that caused crimes in the Western Balkans".
In the process of building a joint future, the first step is to reinstate the dignity of victims, to individualise the guilt and to accept social responsibility for wars waged in these areas in the recent past, reads the declaration.
The text of declaration will be offered to youth branches of other parties in the region, to governments as well as to the European Parliament.
