During the summer, Germanwings planes will connect Hamburg with Split twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays, the company's corporate communications director, Heinz-Joachim Schoettes, said at a news conference at Split airport.
Germanwings will also connect Split with its other home airports in Germany - Cologne, Stuttgart and Berlin.
The company's summer timetable also includes flights from Stuttgart to Zadar, to be introduced on March 26, and from Cologne to Zadar, to be introduced on March 31.
