Serbia hasn't done anything since last autumn when it presented its Action Plan for cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, del Ponte said after talks with EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana.
The Chief Prosecutor said she was concerned about media reports that the EU could resume negotiations with Serbia on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement even if Belgrade fails to show full cooperation with the ICTY, expressing hope this would not happen.
The European Union has not yet made a decision, I am not upset, now I am waiting, del Ponte said.
Del Ponte stressed that Croatia, Montenegro and Macedonia were fully cooperating with the Hague tribunal, adding that Serbia and the Bosnian Serb entity (Republika Srpska) were not cooperating at all.
