This year's event, organised by the Zagreb School of Slavic Studies, has gathered some 60 participants from 20 countries from all over the world. Participants are students and lecturers of Slavic and Croatian studies.
The core of the plenary programme of this year's seminar are cycles of lectures: Syntax and Suprasyntax of the Croatian Language as well as Literature and Culture of the Eighties.
Participants will be introduced to recent developments in Croatian culture.
The Zagreb School of Slavic Studies, established in 1972, is a separate activity of the Department of the Croatian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Studies, University of Zagreb. The school offers language, literature and culture courses held annually in Dubrovnik.
