SPLIT, March 25 (Hina) - The head of the University of Split, Ivan Pavic, and the president of Niigata University, Fumitake Gejyo, on Wednesday signed an agreement on cooperation between the two tertiary education
institutions.

Pavic, and the president of Niigata University, Fumitake Gejyo, on Wednesday
signed an agreement on cooperation between the two tertiary education
institutions. The agreement refers to the exchange of students,
lecturers and researchers and to the organisation of joint project and
conferences, according to a statement released by Split University.
The two universities will also collaborate in the first
Croatian-Japanese research project on the identification of risks of
landslides, to be financed by the Japanese government.
