The unionists would like to inform Josipovic about "pernicious effects" of possible adoption of the government-sponsored amendments to the Labour Act (ZOR), trade union federations' representatives told Hina on Monday.
Union leader Ozren Mastijasevic told Hina that they would also meet Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on Tuesday, "or the media will accuse us of refusing compromise and sensible settlement of the problem".
Last week, union leaders said they they would be rejecting calls from the Prime Minister for a meeting until the government withdrew the proposed amendments.
They said they would continue preparations for the collection of signatures for a referendum against government-sponsored amendments to labour legislation. The signature collection drive will be held from June 9 to 23.
