According to the same source, the HAC motorway operator has no outstanding liabilities, while the Croatian Power (HEP) company's arrears were now some HRK 200 million and that HEP was likely to settle them by the end of this month.
On the other hand, HEP's claims are now HRK 1.4 billion.
The INA oil company has practically settled its unpaid debt.
Ministry officials refuted media allegations about the issuance of INA's convertible bonds, explaining that the government would not approve the issuance of bonds in case it was dissatisfied with terms and conditions.
The same sources said that a majority of companies whose accounts were blocked due to the unpaid liabilities were those with five or fewer employees.
Of 29,000 companies whose accounts were blocked in April, 19,215 (or 66.6 percent) were firms with no employee.
