ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - During his farewell visit to Slovenia, Croatia's outgoing president Stjepan Mesic said after his talks with his Slovenian counterpart Danilo Tuerk that the last year's conclusion of the arbitration agreement on settling the Croatian-Slovenian border dispute and readiness to solve their bilateral issues had created a climate favourable for raising the two countries' relations to a higher level.
