ZAGREB, Jan 8 (Hina) - In the continuation of the trial of lawyer Marin
Ivanovic before the Zagreb County Court on Friday, Luka Misetic, a
lawyer representing General Ante Gotovina before the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), said that
documents mentioned in the Ivanovic indictment had been forwarded to
the prosecution at the Hague-based tribunal and that the defence team
for Gotovina had never possessed documents sought by the ICTY.
