ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - The trial of retired general Vladimir Zagorec
and other indictees in the case of an unlawful renovation of a summer
house of former Zagreb City Assembly vice president Antun Sporer
continued before the Zagreb County Court on Friday with the testimony
of Zadar businessman Rene Sinovcic who corroborated claims by
Zagorec's defence that Sporer's summer house in Novigrad, near the
central coastal city of Zadar, was damaged by Croatian Army troops and
not by rebel Serbs as stated in the indictment.
