ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - Public Administration Minister Lovro Kuscevic met in Rijeka on Tuesday with county prefects, city officials and the representatives of the parliamentary Committee on Local and Regional Government, saying afterwards that by transferring part of the tasks in the remit of the state administration to county offices the government was trying to improve governance and decision-making processes as well as the functioning of the local administration.
