ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - From its meeting in Karlovac on Thursday, the government sent a bill on flood protection in the Kupa basin to parliament, declaring the HRK 670 million flood protection project for Karlovac and nearby communities in the Kupa river basin to be of state strategic importance.
