ZAGREB, Dec 10 (Hina) - The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration does not create a new category of migrants and related privileges nor does it introduce a human right to migration but rather confirms the sovereign right of every country to define its national migration policy and manage migrations in line with its national realities and priorities, Croatia's Minister of the Interior Davor Bozinovic said in an address at a UN conference on migrations in Marrakesh on Monday.
