ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - Croatian member of the European Parliament Zeljana Zovko told Hina, ahead of her departure for Marrakesh where she is scheduled to attend the Intergovernmental Conference to Adopt the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration on 10 and 11 December, that the Marrakesh document would not encroach upon the sovereignty of states.
