ZAGREB, Nov 22 (Hina) - Croatia wants the EU agriculture envelope to be unchanged in the next multiannual period and will lobby for that, and Zagreb expects the European Commission to give a positive signal regarding assistance to Croatian sugar refineries, Agriculture Minister Tomislav Tolusic said in Zagreb on Thursday after Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic received European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Phil Hogan.
