ZAGREB, Nov 12 (Hina) - Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Monday that a 3% increase of the base pay in 2019 is the government's last offer to public-sector unions which rejected that offer and announced that they would continue to fight for a fairer price of labour, using various forms of pressure, including strikes.
