ZAGREB, Sept 14 (Hina) - Croatia's Minister of the Interior Davor Bozinovic said on Friday that the solution of the murder of a Croatian Army soldier at Ovcara near Vukovar and the identification of the perpetrator, a man who holds both Croatian and Serbian citizenship and is beyond the reach of Croatian police, was unrelated to announcements of a protest rally against the slow work of Croatian state institutions in war crimes investigations, to be held in Vukovar in October.
