ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Thursday he had no understanding for how and when Vukovar Mayor Ivan Penava presented in public his complaints about the way in which war crimes were being prosecuted, while in reference to alleged demands from some war veterans' associations for removal of the SDSS party from the ruling majority, he said that in his capacity as the HDZ leader he could not allow anybody impose which partners the HDZ would choose for the ruling majority.
