At the telefon session of the Supervisory Board of Jadran d.d., held on 28 May 2018, the Supervisory Board gave its consent to the Management Board of the Company to conclude the Agreement on the Termination of the Contract on the Rights and Obligations of the President of the Management Board and the employment contract concluded between the Company and the former President of the Management Board.
