On May 22, 2018, after the extraordinary General Meeting was held and in accordance with Art. 21. of the Statute of JADRAN d.d., the constitutive session of the Supervisory Board of JADRAN d.d. was held.
At the session, the following decisions were made:
1. Mr. Tomislav Kitonić from Bojana was appointed for the President of the Supervisory Board,
2. Mr. Ante Jelčić from Zagreb was appointed for the Vice President of the Supervisory Board,
3. Mr. Pero Matić from Orašac was dismissed from the duties of the President of the Management Board,
4. Mrs. Marija Galjanić Sovar from Crikvenica was dismissed from the duties of the of the Management Board member,
5. Mr. Goran Fabris from Poreč was appointed for the President of the Management Board,
6. Mr. Karlo Čulo from Zagreb was appointed for the Management Board member.
