The exhibition titled "Skilled Sweetheart" contains mainly paintings about women and "Lydia tells us about women, their strength, selfless work, dedication and also about their vulnerability and playfulness," the curator of the exhibition, Vanja Babic, writes in his invitation to the event.
Lydia Patafta, born in Brtaislava in 1974, graduated from the University of Applied Art in Vienna in 1998. She moved in Zagreb that year and has been active in the artistic scene in the Croatian capital since then. She has had a dozen of sole exhibitions and a few group shows to date.
