ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - Bulgaria, which joined the European Union on 1 January 2007, will assume the six-month rotating presidency over the 28-strong bloc on 1 January, and Sofia says its will work for "Secure Europe, Stable Europe and Solidary Europe" and also for strengthening of "European Perspective and Connectivity of the Western Balkans".
