ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - High Representative Valentin Inzko on Friday called on all politicians in Bosnia and Herzegovina to implement the European Court of Human Rights' ruling in the Sejdic-Finci case, which envisages the obligation to amend the constitution and the electoral law so that members of ethnic minorities can be elected to the state Presidency and House of Peoples.
