ZAGREB, Dec 27 (Hina) - Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Wednesday Slovenia would start implementing by the end of the week the part of the border arbitration ruling referring to the sea, despite the fact that Croatia does not recognise the ruling, and that he did not expect incidents if Croatia respected the demarcation as defined by the arbiters.
