ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - As of 29 December, when a deadline to implement the arbitration ruling in the border dispute between Croatia and Slovenia expires, Slovenia will "implement its jurisdiction" on the sea according to the demarcation determined by the arbitration tribunal, Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar told Slovenian Radio on Wednesday.
