ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - In her comment on the reasons why it took 26 years for the national law enforcement authorities to bring charges against six members of the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) for a 7 October 1991 missile attack on Zagreb's Banski Dvori building, which housed the Office of President Franjo Tudjman, current Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said on Thursday that it was never late for justice.
