Notification on the transfer of treasury shares according to the Option Program and the Company Remuneration Policy as well as acquisition of Company shares by persons entrusted with managerial duties in the Company
Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereinafter refered to as: The Company) announces realization of the transfer of the treasury shares in accordance with the Option Program and the Remuneration Policy of Atlantic Grupa d.d. pursuant to which on December 11, 2017 the Company has transferred to the management and employees 404 shares of the Company with the total nominal amount of 16,160.00 kuna.
