ZAGREB, Nov 17 (Hina) - The Croatian real estate market has perked up in some areas of the country thanks to increased demand and investment, while in some parts it is almost moribund and it is hard to expect an improvement, the head of the Real Estate Division at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK), Dubravko Ranilovic, said in Zagreb on Friday.
