Over 250 Croatian and foreign publishers will present their titles, the largest number in the last ten years, and some 70 events will be organised, including book launches, round tables, exhibitions, film screenings, and children's and youth programmes.
Vodopija said many authors would present their new titles and would talk about intimacy, the main theme of this year's fair.
The regional programme "Herzegovina reads" will be dedicated to the contemporary cultural and literary scene in Herzegovina.
The special programme called "À propos" will focus on contemporary French and Francophone literature, notably on post-colonial discourse and France seen through the eyes of writers coming from Africa.
Every year the fair attracts over 60,000 visitors.
