ZAGREB, Nov 11 (Hina) - Energy and Environmental Protection Minister Tomislav Coric said on Saturday that another arbitration case involving Croatia and the Hungarian oil company MOL was under way before a Washington court and that Croatia was doing its best to contest MOL's claims, as well as that neither party to the proceedings before the arbitral tribunal of the Geneva-based United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) had been able to publish the tribunal's ruling, in line with the tribunal's rules.
