ZAGREB, Oct 27 (Hina) - A member of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) arbitral tribunal, Miljenko Giunio, told Hina on Friday that the Swiss Federal Court's decision to turn down Croatia's motion for the annulment of an arbitration case which it lost to the Hungarian oil and gas group MOL regarding ownership in INA, meant that the court believed that the arbitration had been conducted correctly, adding that, in his opinion, the arbitration ruling itself was influenced by Croatia's failure to ensure that all its witnesses testified in the case.
