ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - Authorities in the Republika Srspka, led by President Milorad Dodik, have caused a new dangerous crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina by unilaterally adopting a declaration on the entity's military neutrality which contests the fact that only Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state is the subject of international law and the only instance that can adopt decisions related to foreign policy, the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina said in reaction to the declaration.
