ZAGREB, Sept 19 (Hina) - Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik said on Tuesday he was scrapping his plans to organise a referendum in RS, the Bosnian Serb entity, which would have contested the Bosnian State Court and Prosecutor's Office, because international circumstances did not make it possible, confirming that he was forced to back down under pressure from the international community.
