ZAGREB, Sept 22 (Hina) - Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Thursday that he had cancelled his meeting with his Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenkovic, scheduled for 27 September in Zagreb, after the Croatian premier said in his address to the United Nations General Assembly earlier in the day that Croatia had had to withdraw from the compromised border arbitration with Slovenia, due to "undermining of international law" which discouraged other countries from settling their disputes with the help of third parties.
