ZAGREB, Aug 24, (Hina) - Slovenia remains steadfast in its stance that the arbitration ruling on the Croatian-Slovenian border dispute, has to be implemented and expects Croatia to change its opinion in that regard and Slovenia will try and convince Croatia's Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic as such at our next meeting, Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Thursday in an interview with the country's STA news agency.
