ZAGREB, Aug 30 (Hina) - The 2.8% GDP growth rate in the second quarter of 2017 shows that the economy is growing for the second year in a row, however, that growth is smaller than some have forecast, the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) said, while the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) said that the growth rate is still relatively small compared to rates needed to get closer to GDP growth in the pre-crisis 2008 and catch up with the average EU growth rate at a faster pace.
