ZAGREB, Aug 22 (Hina) - The eastern Slovenian municipalities and the nearby Croatian towns in the basin of the River Sutla are in favour of refilling the reservoir in the Sutla valley as soon as possible within a joint Slovenian-Croatian cross-border programme "FRISCO" aimed at diminishing flood risks in the area.
