Ledo joint-stock company for production and sale of ice cream and frozen foods, Zagreb, Čavićeva 1a, MBS: 080002964, OIB (PIN): 87955947581, responsible person: Dario Vrabec, (hereinafter: Issuer) received on 20 April 2017 a written notice, from company Raiffeisen Mandatory and Voluntary Pension Funds Management Company dd, about sudden death of Mr Srecko Žganec, who held the position of Member of Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
The Issuer therefore informs the investment community that the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Issuer will be held in the very short period of time, on which the Decision on the new appointment of the Supervisory Board members will be brought.
