Ledo joint stock company for production and sale of ice cream and frozen foods, Zagreb, Čavićeva 1a, MBS: 080002964, OIB: 87955947581, responsible person: Dario Vrabec, (hereinafter: the Issuer), pursuant to Article 428 of the Capital Market Act hereby notifies it has received today a Notification from PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Mandatory Pension Fund – category B that it has fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights in the Issuer, notification in accordance with Article 413 and 423 of the Capital Market Act, on changes in voting rights.
