ZAGREB, April 13 (Hina) - It is necessary to take seriously the fears and social troubles that can provoke right-wing populist responses as well as the fact that the civil society is exposed to aggressive challenges and attempts to diminish human rights and freedoms, according to speeches delivered at a regional conference held in Zagreb on Thursday to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the non-governmental election-monitoring organisation GONG.
